1. The client sends a rental request in the app and if the rental is possible, receives a confirmation from the landlord.
2. The confirmation contains the contact details of the landlord.
3. The client contacts the number indicated in the app and goes to the address indicated in the confirmation at the appointed time.
4. The landlord may require you to sign an acceptance certificate on the spot, for your safety and make copies of identity documents, so arrive at the rental location at least 20 minutes before the start.
5. Carefully inspect the rental property and take photos and videos around, fixing the condition.
6. Get the documents from the landlord.
7. Agree on the exact time and place of the end of the rental.

End of rental, return of rental property:

1. Contact the landlord and agree on the time and place of return, if you have not done so before.
2. Return the rental property and get a receipt from the landlord (if you issued it)
3. If you wish, you can take photos and videos around the rental property.
